What is accent lighting?
Accent lighting issues often occur with cheaper wall paints that dry too quickly. This can result in uneven layers, visible when viewed against the light. How do you prevent streaking from accent lighting? The solution is simple, use a slower-drying wall paint. This usually comes down to quality. A wall paint from a DIY store often contains “chalk” as a base ingredient. While cheap and offering decent coverage, chalk dries very quickly and absorbs stains easily.
What is the consumption per m² of this product?
The consumption of Relius is 7 to 8 m² per litre. However, our experience shows that most painters achieve around 7 to 8 m² per litre. It’s better to have too much paint than not enough.
What colours can this product be mixed in?

Preparation
Before you start your project, we recommend always cleaning the surface. For instance, use St Marc Degreaser. Regardless of the surface you are working on, be it concrete, wood, stone, or wallpaper, always clean it first to ensure optimal adhesion.
Do I need a primer?
Before applying wall paint/latex, it’s important to determine if a primer is required. You can test this yourself by pressing a wet sponge against the wall.
