Drenth AQX Gloss is a high-gloss lacquer based on acrylic (water-based). We can mix this lacquer in any colour. The Drenth AQX Gloss offers excellent coverage and exceptional flow. It is wear-resistant and scratch-proof, so you won’t have to worry about scratches on your paintwork.
Drenth AQX Gloss is easy to clean with your usual cleaning products. The ideal application temperature is between 5 and 30 degrees Celsius (check specifications for humidity). Under optimal conditions (20 degrees Celsius), this lacquer can be repainted after 8 hours, allowing you to complete your project over a weekend. Another great advantage of this lacquer is that it is ready-to-use and does not require thinning.

For bare wood, we recommend using the Drenth AQX Primer. If you want to repaint an existing paint layer, there’s no problem. If the old paint layer is water-based acrylic paint, you can paint directly with Drenth AQX Gloss. If the old paint layer is solvent-based, first use Drenth AQX Primer for perfect adhesion.
