How much sealant do I need and which type?
To finish Renovlies properly, sealant is always required. You use this in the corners as well as near the ceiling to ensure a seamless finish. First, seal the corners, then apply the wall paint so that the sealant is painted over. However, near the ceiling, the sealant is not painted over. You’ll need approximately (depending on the sealant bead size) 1 tube per 25 m2. We recommend using Seal-it 110 Acrylic, a flexible acrylic sealant that adapts effortlessly to shrinkage and expansion.
