If you’re painting over an old layer of paint, always make sure the old layer isn’t peeling. If it is, it’s important to remove it using sandpaper or a sander. Otherwise, the new layer of paint won’t adhere properly, which would be a shame. Choose below whether your project is indoors or outdoors.
