Koopmans Teak Oil
Koopmans Teak Oil protects teak and hardwood furniture from greying. Koopmans Teak Oil penetrates into the teak or hardwood, providing protection from within. Teak and hardwood always need to be treated to prevent greying and drying out, and the best time to do this is at the start of summer. Koopmans Teak Oil gives the wood a reddish-brown tint.
Pros and Cons

What can I use Koopmans Teak Oil for?
Koopmans Teak Oil is ideal for treating and protecting hardwood furniture and decking. It provides a beautiful finish and prevents the wood from greying over time.
What is the coverage per m² of this product?
Koopmans Teak Oil covers approximately 6m² per litre. However, this may vary depending on the wood's absorbency. Apply the oil with a brush and wipe down with an old rag after 10 minutes.
How many coats of oil should I apply?
We recommend applying 2 to 3 coats of Koopmans oil for optimal protection. This process should be repeated every 2 to 3 years with just one coat.
What is wood greying?
When untreated wood is exposed to strong sunlight, it will eventually grey. This can happen within just a few months. To avoid this, treat your wood with oil or a clear wood stain.
