Den Braven Acryl-W
Zwaluw Acryl-W is a high-quality sealant based on acrylic dispersion. After application, the product forms a soft plasto-elastic rubber by the evaporation of water from the sealant. This means that this sealant will not crack while drying. If you paint over this sealant, the colour will not discolour, which often happens with other acrylic sealants.

What is the usage of Den Braven Acryl-W?
Usage is difficult to specify for sealants. However, you can estimate the required amount using a straightforward calculation. The formula considers the length, height, and depth of the joint you need to seal. For example, if the joint is 5 metres long, 10 millimetres high, and 5 millimetres deep, the calculation would be 5 x 10 x 5 = 250 millilitres of sealant. One 330ml cartridge can cover approximately 6 metres of the joint.
How should I apply Den Braven Sealant?
Apply the sealant using a caulking gun. Cut off the tip of the sealant cartridge with a utility knife. Screw the nozzle onto the opening of the cartridge, then cut the nozzle at an angle to the desired width. Place the sealant cartridge in the caulking gun and apply a bead in a steady motion from left to right. Avoid using too much sealant. Wet your finger with soapy water and gently smooth the sealant bead, ensuring not to press too hard to leave a water-shedding seam.
Is Den Braven Acryl-W paintable?
Yes, this sealant is paintable once it is dry. Additionally, if you use coloured paint, the colour will remain unchanged.
