How much sealant do I need and which type?
To finish Renovlies properly, you will always need sealant. This is used for the corners and along the ceiling to ensure a neat finish. First seal the corners, then apply the wall paint so the sealant blends in. Avoid painting over the sealant at the ceiling for the best result. You’ll need approximately 1 tube per 25 m², depending on the sealant strip. We recommend Seal-it 110 acrylic sealant, which is flexible and adapts easily to expansion and contraction.
