How do I use the Ekotex Water Tray?
Fill the Ekotex water tray with approximately 5 litres of clean tap water. Feed the wallpaper strip directly from the roll holder under the two rollers of the water tray. Pull the EKOTEX SPRINT evenly through the machine to the desired length and fold the lengths alternately at a ratio of 2/3 - 1/3. Always cut the fibreglass material to the desired length so the wall covering doesn't remain in the water for too long. The fibreglass is then ready to be directly applied onto the wall.

Alternative application techniques Using a brush or paint roller, water can also be applied manually. First, cut the wallpaper strips to the desired length and place them on a suitable work surface (like a wallpapering table). Evenly saturate them with water. A wallpaper-pasting machine, such as the Tapofix CBF 1000F with a specialised dipping roller, can also be used for uniform water application. Be sure to position the marked rear side of the wallpaper on the wall. Maintain consistent orientation with this marking during application. Trim any excess length at the ceiling and skirting. Repeat this process for all subsequent strips by placing them edge-to-edge (seamless) or with a 5 cm overlap. Overlapping strips can then be double-cut along a ruler before removing the excess material. Smooth and press both strips into the adhesive. The smooth fleece can be applied using the double-cut technique for the best results. Align the strips so the pattern lines up neatly.
