Nelf Nelfamur Stuc & Spack
Nelfamur Stuc & Spack is a high-quality wall paint, specially designed for absorbent surfaces like plastered and textured walls. This paint provides excellent adhesion and smooth application, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. It is particularly effective on newly plastered or textured walls, delivering a professional finish.
Nelfamur Stuc & Spack offers high coverage and outstanding flow, ensuring a longer lifespan, so you won’t have to worry about repainting for 4 to 6 years. Nelf wall paints, including Stuc & Spack, are easy to clean with regular household cleaning products. The paint is best applied at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C, with a maximum humidity level of 85%. Under ideal conditions (20°C), it becomes recoatable after just 4-6 hours, allowing you to complete your project in a single day. Additionally, the paint is ready-to-use, eliminating the need for dilution. However, if you prefer to dilute the first coat, we recommend using water or a high-quality acrylic thinner.
We are an official Nelf dealer with access to the Nelf mixing machine. Nelf is one of the first paint manufacturers in the Netherlands to utilise electricity for production and has been focusing on the professional market since the start. With products like this, Nelf has become a leading brand for professionals. Don’t forget to check out our Sikkens offers for competitively priced alternatives.
Pros and Cons
- Ideal for absorbent surfaces
- Strong coverage and flow properties
- Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use
- Not suitable for smooth surfaces without pre-treatment
Which brush should I use?
For plastered and textured walls, selecting the right brush is crucial for even paint application. We recommend the VP All Round Synthetic Brush, as it offers excellent results thanks to its blend of traditional pig bristles and synthetic fibres.
Which paint roller should I use?
For even, lint-free results on plaster and textured surfaces, we suggest the Toptex Wall Paint Roller. This roller provides optimal absorption and application. Check out our blog for more tips on selecting the right wall paint roller.
When should I use it?
Nelfamur Stuc & Spack is perfect for protecting your walls both indoors and outdoors. It’s easy to apply, whether you’re a professional or a DIY enthusiast. For newly plastered walls, we recommend using a primer first to enhance adhesion and counteract the absorbent nature of the surface.
What is the coverage per m²?
Nelfamur Stuc & Spack has a coverage of approximately 8 to 10 m² per litre. However, for highly absorbent surfaces, coverage can be lower at around 6 to 8 m² per litre. To avoid running out, it’s always a good idea to purchase extra paint.
Which colours can be mixed?
We can create any colour you need using our mixing system. Popular choices include RAL colours such as RAL 9010, RAL 7016, and more. Explore our full colour range online or contact us for personalised advice.
Most popular colours
Top colour choices for Nelfamur Stuc & Spack include:
RAL 9010 (cream white)
RAL 9001 (off-white)
RAL 7047 (telegrey)
Which gloss level do you recommend?
Nelfamur Stuc & Spack has a matte finish with a gloss level below 30, making it ideal for interior use where a subtle, non-reflective look is desired.
Which surfaces is it suitable for?
Nelfamur Stuc & Spack is perfect for porous surfaces such as plaster, textured walls, concrete, and gypsum boards. For highly absorbent surfaces, always apply a primer first. It’s also suitable for brickwork and fibreglass wallpaper.
Pre-treatment recommendations
Always clean the surface before painting using a product like St Marc Degreaser. This ensures optimal adhesion for a flawless finish.
Do I need a primer?
To check if a primer is needed, use the sponge method. Press a wet sponge against the wall—if the water is quickly absorbed, a primer is required. For tips, see our blog on applying primers.
